The course grade will be determined on a quarterly basis as follows:

This course is intended to train Christian leaders through personal discipleship, study and practical experience.  Students will learn to serve God and the Body of Christ in church ministry and you will be equipped for the work that God has called you to do.

Students should be regularly involved in an area of ministry where you can apply the lessons that you are learning in order to become a more effective member of the Body of Christ.  Each student should serve at least 4 hours per month.

One lesson will be taught each week.  No class will be scheduled on the weekends of men’s and women’s retreat.  Lessons are organized into modules.  We will cover three modules per quarter.
