Our Staff

 Pastor Mike grew up in a Christian home outside the Calvary Chapel  family.  He and his wife, Melissa, met in church and were married in 1995 before being sent out as a church plant several years later.  After seven years of pastoral ministry in Charlotte, NC and Sacramento, CA, they came back to Bullhead City and eventually ended up at Calvary Chapel. He was ordained by founding pastor Chuck Kelly and brought on staff in 2010 as an assistant pastor. In 2023, Chuck retired and Mike assumed the senior pastor role.

Pastor CJ, his wife Adelia, and their three children came to Bullhead in 2026 to strengthen discipleship and support Pastor Mike in shepherding the body of believers. CJ is passionate about helping Christians understand why they believe what they believe, and encouraging them to walk uprightly before the Lord with sincerity, conviction, and joy.
He became a follower of Christ in 2020, and shortly after was discipled under Pastor James Rodia as well as built up at Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship. CJ stepped into ministry, serving the youth in Amarillo, Texas in both assistant and pastoral capacities, nurturing young hearts toward a living, breathing faith.

Pastor Chuck and Lynda Kelly started a home fellowship in 1979 that grew into a church in the early 80s. Chuck retired in 2023 but both he and Lynda continue to  serve the church family today.
